Health is the most important basic needs of our lives. To stay healthy, it is important to eat the right food and to exercise regularly.
Good health is a product of good nutrition. So we must take care of ourselves and make our body healthier. The importance of eating of fruits and vegetables is to maintain our body for being healthy. We must eat the right food, for us not to have an illness. We should avoid eating junk foods and other non-nutrition foods. Because these kind of food will cause to an unexpected illness that will deliver us to death. Instead we should have an exercise to make our body physically and mentally healthy.
Children must have a good health. They should eat nutritious food not junk foods to develop their minds and body. Parents should know how to help their sons/daughter to eat foods and vegetables. So that they could be away from any diseases. They should participate in any sports in their school so that they can have a stronger resistance and have a healthy body.
